House heated outdoor cat

This is the only home we heated outdoor cat who keeps cats warm and comfortable in cold temperatures. A removable 20-watt heater inside the house floor radiant heat generated warms the soil is still warm to the human touch. The waterproof floor is lined with 1 1/2 "soft foam, which provides a comfortable surface and dry for cats to lounge. The whole house is covered with 600-denier nylon resistant backing of waterproof vinyl and the eaves inclined the four sides of the structure, keeping dry cat during rains.
